About this space
Cozy Cottage is conveniently located on Rt 26 & less than 5 minutes to downtown Errol, home of the famous, L.L. Cote Sports Center. Enjoy the decor to experience the authentic, welcoming, rustic charm this cabin offers. It is a perfect spot for a relaxing vacation. Located in the heart of the Great North Woods where you can enjoy every season to its fullest. Activities in the area are plentiful in summer and winter.
The space
The family friendly cape has a wooded interior throughout the main level. Full kitchen and dining room with a propane fireplace. There are views of mountains from our living room and front deck. We have a large back yard with fire pit. Sleeps up to 7. The first floor has two bedrooms with a queen size bed in each, while the upstairs has a twin bed and a full bed and plenty of space for more (air mattress is available). There is a television in every bedroom and living room with a wide variety of DVD’s as well as Amazon and Netflix. We have puzzles and other games for entertainment. The walk out basement is a great area to store all of your equipment and gear whether it be for hunting, snowmobiling, skiing, fishing, etc.

Other things to note
The camp is open year-round with easy access to snowmobile trails (from the house) and ATV trails (about a mile down the main road-Rt 26). Machines can be rented in Colebrook. Activities in the area are plentiful in summer and winter. Snowmobiling, snowshoeing, skiing, and ice fishing are some of the winter activities. Lakes, Ponds, Rivers, and streams provide a multitude of summer fun. We are close to Akers Pond (within walking distance or a short drive), near Lake Umbagog for boating and fishing, near Dixville Notch for hiking trails and views, and less than 50 miles to Sunday River or Saddleback for skiing and golf. +/- 1 acre of land.

The camp is open year round with easy access to snowmobile trails and ATV trails close by with a park and ride a mile down route 26 (machines can be rented in the next town). MUST HAVE AWD or 4x4 IN THE WINTER TO MAKE IT UP THE HILL, AS THE HOUSE IS NESTLED INTO A MOUNTAIN.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a beautiful open view of the mountains. There is a television in one bedroom and living room with Amazon and Netflix available for streaming. The walk out basement is where the bathroom is located, washer and dryer as well as foosball table. It’s a great area to store all of your equipment and gear whether it be for hunting, boating, snowmobiling, skiing, fishing, etc...
